Hedgy Visits the Dentist is a children’s picture book designed to help children prepare for a visit to the dentist, reduce dental anxiety, and learn healthy toothbrushing.

Through gentle storytelling and reassuring illustrations, children discover what to expect during a dental appointment and how to care for their teeth with confidence.

This inclusive children’s book is especially helpful for children with sensory sensitivities, communication differences, additional needs, and those who may feel nervous about visiting the dentist.

Supported by NHS and public health guidance the book includes downloadable resources, reward charts, colouring activities and Hedgy’s five-step guide to healthy teeth.
