You can expect to receive your order within 2 to 4 working days from the date of purchase.

If you have not received your order within the expected timescale (as detailed above) then please send an email to [email protected] We will investigate and, if necessary, a replacement item be sent. 

If your order is damaged during transit please take a photograph and email it to us with your details so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Please email a photograph to us at [email protected] Please provide your name and the date of your order.

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as we receive them, so it may be too late to cancel or change it. However, if you email us at [email protected] with instructions on as possible, we will endeavour to make the necessary changes if your order has not already been dispatched.

Where do the materials come from?

Our books are printed locally in Sussex at Pureprint, Uckfield. Pureprint is an ethical printer who prints sustainably on forest friendly paper. Our cards are printed in the UK by Pennybatch on recycled paper.
